Keystone Development is the result of Rob Thompson and Robert Grisham’s ten-plus year collaboration together in real estate. They began what would eventually become Keystone Development in 2015 when they bought, renovated and sold a home in Robert’s neighborhood.

Rob has lived in Memphis for over 25 years and married into a family of Memphis home builders. He began investing in and rehabbing real estate in 2008 and since then has rehabbed well over 150 properties.

A native of west Tennessee, Robert has called Memphis home since 2006. He’s married to Mandy and they have two sons, Adam and Micah. Robert bought his first rental properties in 2005 while living in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has worked with churches and non-profits, and he has been a real estate agent with InCity Realty since 2010.
